Prague
- 2010 – At the beginning of 2010 media concerns Ringier AG and Axel Springer AG agreed on merging their business activities in the Czech Republic, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia and Hungary. As at 1st July 2010 the new joint-venture Ringier Axel Springer Media AG based in Switzerland was incorporated.
- 2007 – transformation of legal form and business name to Ringier Print CZ a.s.
- 2006 – installation of new rotary newspaper machine from WIFAG
- 2002 – launch of printing of the daily Blesk; restoration of technological equipment in relation to increasing media circulation
- 2001 – privatization of the Česká typografie (Czech Typography) company by Quantfin and shortly after, purchase of the newspaper division by the Swiss publishing concern Ringier
- 1997 – moving of Česká typografie (Czech Typography) from its former location at Na Poříčí in Prague 1 to a newly constructed production facility in Černokostelecká street in Prague-Malešice
Ostrava

- 1993 – privatization by Swiss company Ringier AG, investment into newspaper printing and commencement of printing of the nationwide full-colour daily BLESK
- 1980 – founding of Ostravské tiskárny (Ostrava Printing Works) – printing of mercantile small-volume prints
